1983 Williams FW08C/7 TAG Heuer/Saudia Car

1983 Williams FW08C/7: Ground effects were out and flat bottoms were in for 1983. Williams struggled with this change a year after Keke Rosberg won the World Driving Championship. Rosberg won Monaco and finished second twice in 1983, but the team faded as the year went on.
